Randy Lennox.

Randy Lennox is the CEO LOFT Entertainment.

As the CEO of Universal Music Canada from 1998 to 2015, Lennox played a pivotal role in launching the careers of The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Drake, Justin Bieber, Shania Twain and Alessia Cara. Lennox then served as the President and CEO of Bell Media from 2015 to 2021, overseeing a $3.7 billion revenue business and leading a team of 7800 people. During his tenure at Bell, Lennox created strategic partnerships with iHeart Media, HBO Max , Starz , Vice and BNN Bloomberg.

He also built Crave into Canada’s premier subscriber streaming service. Lennox also led key acquisitions with Pinewood Studios and Just For Laughs. As a producer Lennox has won 8 Canadian Screen Awards , 2 Juno Awards and an Emmy Award.

At Loft, Lennox’s passion for music and television, continues his drive towards innovation and excellence in the world of entertainment.

Kevin Barton

Kevin Barton began his career at Universal Music Canada, where he directed world renowned artist development with the country’s largest Urban Music division.

Kevin added User Experience and Design in co-founding SnackableTV in a partnership with Bell Media to build fresh entertaining mobile on-the-go content for an active digital audience.

Kevin’s passion for storytelling has added to his reputation as an award-winning creative director in film and animation.

Kevin joins Loft Entertainment as Head of the TV & Film division.

Operations & Finance

Jackie Dean

Jackie has served the music industry in various capacities.

Her roles include business strategy at (CARAS) The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (The JUNO Awards), as well as MusiCounts, followed by Music Canada (serving the major labels).

Jackie was also President of CONNECT which is Canada's premiere music licensing organization. Her work has been integral in shaping the music industry's financial and organizational success.

Jackie Dean is the Head of Operations & Finance at Loft Entertainment.

Andrew Kennedy

Andrew Kennedy founded Care Of Management, an artist management company. He has been the driving force behind the Company’s growth, successfully negotiating US major label recording and publishing agreements with Universal Music, Sony Music and Warner Music with his diverse artist roster, enjoying major success Internationally.

Andrew’s label PARTNERS, an independent label venture with Universal Music Canada, has amassed 300m+ streams in the 2 years since inception.

Andrew also works with Grammy Award-winning writer/producers and recently bridged into television production.

Andrew is leading Loft’s Entertainment’s Music & Artist Management division.

Jeffery Latimer

Jeffery recently celebrated the successful 25th anniversary of Canada’s Walk of Fame, as its CEO.

Jeffrey also manages platinum selling vocal group, The Tenors, who have performed around the world, selling out audiences including 6 US Presidents, The Late Queen Elizabeth, and for the G20 World Leaders.

He has also produced over 40 live theatrical shows, including numerous live and virtual shows worldwide.

As an executive producer Jeffrey has been involved in documentary film and TV projects about David Foster, Howie Mandel, and Oscar Peterson.

Jeffrey leads the Events/Partnerships division of Loft Entertainment.
